When you arrive at the diving center, the process starts calmly and professionally.
First, you fill out a medical declaration form. This form includes simple questions about:
Recent surgeries Blood pressure issues
Ear problems mygrane problem
This is done to make sure diving is safe for you.
Next, you show your ID proof for verification. After that, you receive your time slot for the dive.
The staff will briefly explain:
Total duration of the activity
Safety rules
What is included in your package (photos, videos, etc.)
This entire process usually takes 15–20 minutes.
Before entering the water, you attend a short but very important training session.
The instructor explains:
How scuba equipment works
How oxygen tank supplies air
Why breathing slowly is important
How pressure changes underwater
They keep the explanation simple so even beginners can understand easily.
You will practice:

This training builds your confidence.
👉 Even if you don’t know swimming, it’s completely fine. The instructor stays with you the entire time and controls your movement underwater.
Now it’s time to wear your scuba gear.
You will be given:
Wetsuit – keeps your body warm and protects from minor scratches
BCD (Buoyancy Control Device) – helps you float or sink safely
Oxygen tank – provides breathing air
Mask – helps you see underwater clearly
Fins – help you move easily
The instructor checks:
All straps are tight
Oxygen flow is working properly
Equipment is comfortable
Safety check is done twice before entering the water.
Unlike boat diving, shore diving starts directly from the beach.
You slowly walk into the sea while wearing your gear. The instructor walks beside you.
At first:
Water is waist-deep
You practice breathing again
You adjust to the water temperature
Once you feel relaxed, the instructor slowly signals to go deeper.
They guide you step-by-step so you don’t feel scared or rushed.
Now the real adventure begins.
The instructor:
Holds your hand or arm
Controls your depth
Checks your breathing regularly
You slowly descend to around 6–12 meters deep.
